The Backsides Of Africa
How Close Can You Get?

As all those animals turn and walk away, you realize getting those backsides of Africa photos isn’t as easy as you thought either... I mean as compared to getting great shots from the front.

When the darn critters kept turning around… I told Mark, “Get me butt shots and I’ll put THOSE up.”

This was not an original thought…

Probably everyone who has gone on safari has come up with this idea…

But I decided to do something about it.

And while the idea might not be original, our photos are. 

Getting close up shots from behind was harder than you might think.

Sometimes I just put up a page because it tickles ME…

My first attempt on this subject was Africa Seen From Behind. 

I like that page, but it sort of got away from the joke we made on safari...

That page is more filled with all the shots you get from behind with a few backside shots mixed in. 

But I really thought a backside of Africa page would be hilarious, so let’s give that a try…

I’m sure if we lived in Africa, we could get tons of butt shots eventually, but we’ll put up the few we have… If you have some bumm shots you’d like to share go to Your Travel Stories… and share one to four photos.  We’ll link to those pages and share the best ones here.
